Fantastic Customer Service (Thanks Maya!) I don't have my yard service scheduled until next week so I'll try to remember to update then, but I wanted to first post the experience of my first phone call. I called to schedule a general yard cleanup and spoke with Maya. She gave me very straightforward pricing, told me what to expect, and asked all the right questions about my yard. She was so helpful that I kept her on the phone for quite a while after that though. I asked her details about various potential landscaping projects I've been considering such as gravel, sod and sprinkler system installation (they do all of these). She provided a very informative overview of what each of these projects entailed, the general time/maintenance/cost involved, and was super patient answering all my questions thoroughly without ever trying to "sell" me anything. It is so refreshing to have a dedicated, knowledgeable human pick up on my first call and answer all my questions right away. A lot of other landscaping/trade places I call is either (1) hard to reach / don't pick up; (2) person is only trained to schedule & sell services without any deeper understanding of the business; or (3) it's a busy foreman in a rush to their next site with no real time for questions. Not their fault if course, just makes it tougher to know what you'll be getting. Assuming the quality of their work match that of their customer service I will be using them for future projects for sure!
